1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using OtherSide Intelligence ("the Service"), operated by OtherSide Intelligence ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OtherSide Intelligence provides market research, analysis tools, data dashboards, and educational content related to cryptocurrency and financial markets. The Service is available through free and paid subscription tiers.

3. Not Financial Advice

All content provided through the Service is for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

6. Free Trials

We may offer free trial periods for paid subscriptions. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You will not be charged during the trial period.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, research, analysis, tools, and data provided through the Service are the intellectual property of OtherSide Intelligence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our written permission. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OtherSide Intelligence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service or any investment decisions made based on content provided through the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
