Refund Policy

Free Trial

All Pro subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial. During the trial period, you have full access to all Pro features at no cost. You will not be charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial period expires, you will not be charged.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account page or the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
• Your subscription will not renew at the end of the billing period.
• No further charges will be made to your payment method.

Refunds

Because we offer a 14-day free trial, we generally do not provide refunds for subscription payments. You have ample time during the trial to evaluate whether the Service meets your needs before being charged.

If you believe you were charged in error (e.g., you cancelled before the trial ended but were still charged), please contact us and we will investigate and issue a refund if warranted.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year. If you cancel an annual subscription, you will retain access until the end of the annual billing period. Partial refunds for unused months on annual plans are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
